I read the guestbook and it's scary to see one girl getting emotional about leaving a year or so ago and knowing that HER MUM was in my class 1982-89!!!
For the record teachers in those days were: class 1 Mrs Yolland; class 2 Mrs Teague; class 3 Mrs Peters (we jumped a year and missed her out); class 4 Miss Moore; class 5 Mrs Hansford; class 6 Miss Cross; class 7 Mr Stratton (replaced by Mr Olby); class 8 Mr Buckenham; head master Mr Leyland, replaced in 1987 by Mr Hogg.
